You will hustle, set up tunes, parallel park like a pro, support the doctor on board, communicate with the success team at HQ, and generally foster an energetic, enthusiastic environment for our patients.
“As a store manager at 2020 On-site, every day is a new experience where I am able to help provide access to healthcare for those who cannot afford to make time for themselves. I truly believe the work we are doing is absolutely necessary and impactful on our communities,” Elizabeth Alicakos, store manager, says. “Not only do I get to help provide vision care to those who have never even had an eye exam, but I am also able to help pick out the perfect pair of new glasses. Being a store manager allows you to mix science, art, and business management, so you are never bored, and most importantly, you are making a real difference for your team and the patient.”
Our associate store managers earn a starting salary of $45,000, and our store managers earn $55,000 with both roles currently eligible for a signing bonus.
A 401K retirement plan along with medical, dental, and life insurance are all part of our standard offer. And, of course, a free annual eye exam paired with a new set of eyewear is included. If you don't need prescription glasses, blue light lenses are proven to reduce eye strain and are also offered to our team.
