Our COVID-19 prevention efforts: May Update

Your health and well-being are our highest priority. In light of growing concerns about the spread of COVID-19 (aka coronavirus), we're committed to taking steps to keep our community healthy and safe. We have been monitoring the situation closely, and have decided to temporarily suspend our on-site clinics until at least June 1st

As healthcare providers, we are always focused on ensuring that our facilities are clean and sanitized for each and every patient. Yet in the current environment, we are committed to supporting social distancing measures. We will reschedule all of the postponed clinics and will continue to re-evaluate future clinic dates. 

If your team needs eye care now:


  • If a member of your team has an eye health concern, and would like to be connected to a 2020 On-site optometrist for a telehealth consultation, they can book an appointment here.
  • If a member of your team is running low on contact lenses, or needs to order new glasses, please have them reach out to us at info@2020onsite.com or visit our online shop here. We can place their orders by phone or email and ship their eyewear to their homes.

We are also taking a proactive approach to slowing the spread of COVID-19 in our community by making sure that our team stays healthy. Our entire team is practicing social distancing by working from home during our clinic downtime. We continue to follow the CDC and WHO guidelines for screening all of our team members and will follow recommended quarantine periods if needed.

We are committed to doing everything we can to keep our community safe and healthy. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is a way we can assist your team in doing the same.

Future on-site visits:

  • If you would like to reschedule your upcoming visit, please reach out to your client success manager directly, or email us at: clientsuccess@2020onsite.com.
  • We will allow you complete flexibility in rescheduling upcoming clinics with no fees. Our capacity is limited, but we will do everything possible to find future dates that work for you and your team.

Our mission is to make eye care easy, convenient, and accessible to all. We will look forward to seeing you again soon, and we will be here if you need us.
