He has built teams that achieved top level results and delivered world class experiences in retail electronics, home improvement, telecommunications, soft lines, and most recently in optics. Ivan found his true passion in the optical world and became a Licensed Dispensing Optician. As a National Deployment Leader for LensCrafters he launched the first ever state-of-the-art digital exam equipment and technology. "I found a true passion in optics. But no matter the demographic we always faced the same challenges. People are too busy for eye care or they don't get eye care at all. I wanted to be a part of the solution and help people see differently. Here at 2020 On-Site, I'm surrounded by passionate people and that's exactly what I get the opportunity to do every day."
