As an optometrist working with us you will be integral to creating a customer-centered experience in our mobile eye clinic. Because the patient is core to everything we do, you will have access to the latest most cutting edge equipment including an electronic refraction system and non-mydriatic fundus camera among others. Because we believe you should operate at the top of your license, you will have technicians assisting you with patient workups. Our set-up is a hybrid of a medical office with a retail optical shop supported by a retail manager. Our clientele consists of professionals from every industry sector ranging from e-commerce to finance and law.

Qualifications:

This position requires an enthusiastic and motivated personality with a penchant for the entrepreneurial environment. Candidate must have:

  • The ability to efficiently manage time and communicate clearly/professionally is crucial

  • Ability to expand and grow the business through internal corporate referrals

  • Transition patient in a seamless fashion from the exam lane to the retail shop

  • Create a culture of excellence that is patient centered

  • Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required

  • License to practice optometry in Massachusetts & Bachelors required

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Store Manager who can work alongside our Store Manager to provide an exceptional experience for our patients - from the moment our patient comes onboard, you will help them navigate through the check in process, the exam, and assist with eyewear selection from the myriad of frames we offer. This role requires hustle, a positive and friendly demeanor, and a heavy focus on customer service. If this sounds like you, then let’s chat!

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand customer preferences and assist them in the eyewear selection process

  • Take accurate measurements to fit patient in glasses

  • Coordinate shipment of eyewear to our lens manufacturer

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Help maintain and curate a diverse line of eyewear based on price point and consumer demand

  • Conduct insurance verification and bill patient for services provided

  • Perform testing to help patients prep for their exam with the optometrist

  • MUST be willing and able to safely drive our mobile clinic in and around Greater Boston for client visits

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-1+ years retail or sales experience preferred

  • Highly motivated, with ability to multitask and complete necessary duties in a timely manner

  • Friendly, approachable and passionate about providing a delightful customer experience

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • An interest in healthcare (especially vision care!) strongly desired

  • Comfortable with learning new technology and systems

  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Customer Success Associates manage our relationships with clients, coordinate all aspects of our on-site client visits, and gather feedback to improve future bookings.

Our clients will come to know you, rely on you, and look to you for critical input and ideas. You’ll be in charge of ensuring our corporate clients have everything they need for a successful visit: from marketing materials to parking permits, we do it all!

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Establish a deep understanding of 2020’s product and our clients’ needs

  • Develop, nurture and maintain existing customer relationships through email, phone, and in-person communication in coordination with the Sales team

  • Survey needs of clients and confirm details of visits as booked

  • Develop marketing materials, and conduct print orders as needed

  • Work collaboratively with client contacts to maximize patient appointment signups and ensure our on-site care delivery team sees a full book of patients daily

  • Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations

  • Retrieve necessary permits for parking

  • Analyze visit success and create client summary and follow up materials

  • Maintain positive working relationships with city officials, vendors, and clients

Skills & qualifications:

  • 1+ years professional experience in a customer success or client-facing role required (exceptional entry-level candidates may be considered if they have relevant internship or part-time experience)

  • Desire to interact directly with clients by phone and e-mail, and manage their inquiries and needs in a prompt, timely and professional manner

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Meticulous, highly organized, and can successfully juggle many responsibilities at once

  • Proven ability to effectively problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • A true team player; can work well in close collaboration across all departments

  • Positive attitude and a passion for innovation, healthcare

  • Salesforce platform experience strongly preferred

Skills & qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years experience of inside sales required

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building a solid rapport with prospective and existing clients

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you relate well to others and are a consummate relationship builder

  • Detail oriented with excellent time management - you can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
