Overview:

Do you want to provide patient care in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic environment? Welcome to the 2020 Onsite team! As an optometrist working with us you will be integral to creating a customer-centered experience in our mobile eye clinic. 

Because the patient is core to everything we do, you will have access to the latest most cutting edge equipment including an electronic refraction system and non-mydriatic fundus camera among others. Because we believe you should operate at the top of your license, you will have technicians assisting you with patient workups. Our set-up is a hybrid of a medical office with a retail optical shop supported by a retail manager. Our clientele consists of professionals from every industry sector ranging from e-commerce to finance and law. 

Qualifications:

This position requires an enthusiastic and motivated personality with a penchant for the entrepreneurial environment. Candidate must have:

  • The ability to efficiently manage time and communicate clearly/professionally is crucial

  • Ability to expand and grow the business through internal corporate referrals

  • Transition patient in a seamless fashion from the exam lane to the retail shop

  • Create a culture of excellence that is patient centered

  • Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required

  • License to practice optometry in Massachusetts & Bachelors required

  • Develop and execute inbound marketing strategy that aligns with marketing’s lead and MQL goals
  • Research, write, and create website, blog and and email marketing content for our audience, implementing campaigns to directly impact inbound sales leads
  • Ability to create and execute marketing newsletter and email drip campaigns
  • Create visible ROI on marketing efforts

Skills & qualifications:

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience required, with preference given to candidates who have experience working with HR
  • Demonstrated experience leading paid and organic digital campaigns driving MQLs including, but not limited to: content syndication, paid social, webinars, and email campaigns, as well as setting up nurture flows and tracking metrics
  • Effective and persuasive communicator, with excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Solid understanding of marketing tools, mediums and success metrics, including SEO, SEM and Google Analytics

Customer Success Associates manage all aspects of organizing a client’s visit, manage the client relationship and implement follow up for feedback and new bookings. Our clients will come to know you, rely on you, and look to you for critical input and ideas. You’ll be in charge of ensuring our corporate clients have everything they need for a successful visit: from marketing materials to parking permits, we do it all.

The role:

  • Establish deep understanding of 2020’s product, our clients needs and serve as their champion
  • Develop, nurture and maintain existing customer relationships through email and phone communication in coordination with the sales team
  • Survey needs of clients and confirm details of visits as booked
  • Design and create marketing materials, conduct print orders and shipping as needed
  • Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations
  • Retrieve necessary permits from City Hall and other entities for parking
  • Analyze visit success and create client summary and follow up materials
  • Maintain positive working relationships with city officials, vendors, and clients

Skills & qualifications:

  • 1+ years professional experience in a customer success or client-facing role strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to effectively problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to interact directly with clients and manage their inquiries and needs in a prompt, timely and professional manner
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A true team player; can work well in close collaboration across all departments
  • Meticulous, highly organized, and can successfully juggle many responsibilities at once
  • Previous experience with insurance a big plus
  • SalesForce experience strongly preferred
